Here at Sage Health, we are interested in what is called "Etiology" which refers to the study of causes and origins, rather than a conventional palliative approach that only deals with the symptomatic expression of disease. My system is designed to optimize the body, mind and spirit with time tested, evidence-based methods and personalized program design. As a qualified level 2 Holistic Lifestyle Coach licensed through the C.H.E.K Institute, I am deeply committed to helping you discover and achieve your personal dreams, goals and objectives. I am equipped with the knowledge and the expertise to help you experience a state of health and happiness that you may have never experienced before.

We will work together to uncover your underlying sources of stress and implement a tailored approach that will guarantee that the changes you are being asked to make, don't cause more stress than they are designed to alleviate. We will make sure that you are moving progressively in the direction of true healing and not just another temporary suppression of your symptoms.   

I had developed a deep passion for health in the process of attempting to rectify my own underlying chronic health complaints that the mainstream medical systems seemed unable to effectively address. My journey towards health took me to many places along the way that I did not originally anticipate, such as Philosophy, Meditation and Breathwork practices. To various Movement modalities, Alchemy and Jungian psychology to name but a few. My exploration and experimentation over the years has brought me to a level of integration whereby my life trauma, once a wound and a source of shame. This has been transmuted into strength and conviction.

I have effectively healed and rectified diagnoses that were considered fixed and unchanging by mainstream medicine. I am proud to say that I now live day to day, mostly in a deep state of bliss, having broken the bonds of chronic pain, depression, bio-mechanical problems and long-term digestive issues. The C.H.E.K institute has been absolutely instrumental in my healing and gave me the necessary understanding to embody my own authority and move away from a place of uncertainty. My dream is to help people liberate themselves from their self-imposed shackles.
